History of Bay County, Michigan - 1883

GERMOND F. BENNETT,
_______

has been for upwards of ten years past one of the most active men connected with the lumbering interests of Bay County. He was born February 25, 1842, at Dryden, Thomkins Co., N. Y., and came to Bay City, Mich., in the Spring of 1872. Since that time he has been in the employ of McGraw & Co. as general foreman, and still retains that position. Mr. Bennett is emphatically a representative lumberman. The responsible position which he holds with one of the most extensive lumbering firms in the valley, requires large experience and good executive ability; all of which Mr. Bennett possesses.
