GEO. D. SEAMAN DEAD. -------
Aged Sexton Passed Away Yesterday Afternoon.

After an illness of one month, George D. Seaman laid down the burdens of life at 4:15 p.m. yesterday and passed onto the world beyond. Mr. Seaman was 72 years of age. For the past 26 years he had been sexton of Eickmeyer cemetery. He was known throughout the city and county and his death will be sincerely regretted by his many friends.
The funeral will take place at 2:30 p.m. Saturday from the late residence, west side of Tuscola road south of Columbus avenue.
Notes:Eickmeyer cemetery is Green Ridge cemetery today.
