Map Notes
The map is provided in three larger views, the complete map and two sectional maps that are larger.

The map is in German and appeared in an 1849 booket written by Rev. Loehe of Germany in his accounting of the German settlements in Michigan, missions which he adminstered from Germany.

The map makes note of several details present at that time, including Indian Reserves as well as the larger villages of Lower Saginaw and Saginaw, which were settled earlier.
