- Rededication Ceremony of Indian Mission Church -

April 24, 2007: Bangor Township, Bay Co., MI

This small Indian church was built by the Methodists in 1847, a decade before Bay County's existed and at that time was a part of Saginaw County.

A volunteer group of students from Delta College took on the project of restoring the exterior of the heritage church, including the addition of new bell tower. The bell was installed during the during the ceremony. Restoration work on the inside of the building still needs to be done.

The building is located on the right side of North Euclid just beyond Wheeler Road.
