The Campaign
We are in the final stages of our campaign to bring the USS Edson DD-946 to its new port in Bay City, which is in the process of being built on the west bank of the Saginaw River near the Independence Bridge.

Maritime History
The Saginaw River, and its port cities of Bay City and Saginaw have a rich maritime history associated with shipbuilding, Great Lakes Captains and the fishing industry since the early 1800s when white settlements began in the Saginaw Valley.
